And now a brief rant on something entirely unrelated.
While watching Digimon:

No. Just no. What the FUCK is wrong with you for even thinking that. The protagonists of Digimon are between 6 and 11, for starters, so even if you were shipping them with each other you'd be a disgusting fucking pedophile. Throwing the actual Digimon into it just makes it... I don't know whether you can even call it bestiality because they're not animals, they're "digital monsters." It's something that should not come into the mind of any normal person, is what it is. Literally, if you ship any of the Digidestined with their Digimon, you are a fucking revolting human being and I want nothing to do with you. I don't even want you near me, you sick fuck. The fact that you think anyone wants you here just boggles my mind. We don't. We're just too nice to actually evict you because the administration already doesn't like us.
Between that and your near-CONSTANT screaming about yaoi, you are making me consider leaving Bellatrix. Good job, you disgusting twat.

Now, I ship a lot of things. I love Henry and Takato, but PLEASE GOD ONLY WHEN THEY'RE ADULTS OH GOD.
And while some digimon seem more "masculine" or "feminine" they are effectively sexless. In fact, I don't think I've ever heard of a digimon even reproducing asexually.
And then, most of the digimon we meet generally remain in a "child" stage of growth, and since digimon have the ability not only to level-up as they gain data, but also to level back down as they lose it (with their mental and physical maturity shifting appropriately). The digi-destined are not only the partners of the digimon, but in many cases also their caretakers (and even their creators, such as Takato's situation). In that case, shipping the digi-destined and their digimon would be akin to shipping a parent and a child - a tabboo in only. um. EVERY CULTURE.

Yeah, I think the only reason I still put up with her is because our org status will be taken away if one of the officers murders a member. Besides which I don't think the webmistress has any legitimate military role, as opposed to, say... Hannah.

Did I mention that digimon would have no concept of sex, as they don't reproduce? Which would make them unable to have consentual sex. So even setting aside that it is effectively bestiality, it's *still* a squicky situation.
